Sexual and Reproductive Health Policy 2002 |
While Belize does have the Sexual and Reproductive Health Policy 2002, it has yet to implement any SRH programs for either the general public or young persons. The Policy addresses the principles and commitments of the government but fails to provide any protocols or guidelines as to how to achieve these commitments and what services must be provided. As such, we do not think that any of these options can be chosen as there are no guidelines to reflect this. If the policy were to be interpreted broadly, certain options can be chosen While Belize does have the Sexual and Reproductive Health Policy 2002, it has yet to implement any SRH programs for either the general public or young persons.
