  • Se recomienda que el Estado de Chile se defina como un Estado laico, con el propósito de que las creencias religiosas no interfieran en la creación, modificación y aplicación de leyes que aboguen por el bienestar de las personas, con especial énfasis en los lineamientos mundiales respecto a los derechos humanos. De este modo, no habrá contradicciones entre la defensa y protección de los DDHH, por una parte, y las leyes basadas en fundamentos y creencias religiosas personales aplicadas a la política, por la otra.
